max stat items or item stat maxer

Their should be max stat items or a person that maxs the stats of a item.
If u can code server to have the max stat items or a npc to max the stats of a item plz make it.

how would this work what would we give up to have to max the stats?

xD I have the NPC and stuff for that but i don't think it should be available to users and if it is i would probably make it it will add only 1337 of stats . It should just be available for GMs. If the server has !proitem and GMs are stupid enuff not to know how to use it they should not be GM .
